The Baby Signs® Program is the original sign language system designed specifically for hearing babies. Developed by child development experts Drs. Linda Acredolo and Susan Goodwyn, it uses simple signs based on American Sign Language (ASL) to help babies communicate before they can speak. It’s research-backed, developmentally appropriate, and proven to reduce frustration, support language development, and strengthen bonds between babies and caregivers.

My classes are designed for parents, caregivers, and early childhood educators with children aged 2 months to 3 years. Whether you’re new to signing or just want fresh ideas and routines, you’ll leave with practical tools you can start using right away.

Each session includes:

• An introduction to the Baby Signs® Program
• Core signs for everyday routines (like “more,” “milk,” and “eat”)
• Songs, games, and interactive activities
• Time for Q&A
• Optional signing materials available for purchase

Not at all! No previous signing experience is required. You’ll learn all the foundational signs during the class and get tips on how to introduce them naturally during everyday routines.

Group classes typically run 45 to 90 minutes, with time for hands-on practice and discussion. Private sessions may vary depending on your needs.

Classes are currently offered both in-person (in the North Hollywood/Burbank area) and virtually via Zoom. Location details are provided upon registration.

Class and workshop fees are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance for group classes or 24 hours in advance for private sessions.

Yes! I offer signing materials such as books and flashcards, available for purchase at select classes and workshops. These are designed to help you continue practicing at home.

Returns: Physical items can be returned in unused condition within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.

Yes! Most of my classes are designed to be caregiver-and-child friendly. You’re welcome to bring your little one to participate or observe based on their comfort level.
