Non-Refundable Items:
- All Baby Signs® classes, workshops, and private sessions are non-refundable.
- All digital products are non-refundable once purchased or downloaded.
Tangible Product Returns (In-Person Purchases Only):
- Physical items such as signing materials and books purchased in person (at classes, workshops, or events) may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Return shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the customer.
